This is a situation where foreign guests wish to exchange money to Japanese yen and seek guidance about hotel exchange services, nearby banks or ATMs, and their operating hours.
外国人宿泊客が日本円への両替を希望し、ホテル内両替サービスの有無、近隣銀行やATMの場所、営業時間について案内を求める場面です。

外国人宿泊客が日本円への両替を希望し、ホテル内両替サービスの有無、近隣銀行やATMの場所、営業時間について案内を求める場面です。

Excuse me. I'd like to exchange some US dollars for Japanese yen. Do you offer currency exchange here?
（すみません。米ドルを日本円に両替したいのですが、こちらで両替サービスはありますか？）

I apologize, but we don't provide currency exchange at this hotel. However, I can assist you by recommending nearby options.
