Thank you for meeting with me today. We received the safety data sheet for the new chemical product, but we need you to explain the handling procedures in more detail before we introduce it to our facility.

I understand your concern. Let me explain the key points from the safety data sheet. This product contains corrosive substances, so workers must wear protective gloves and goggles at all times during handling. We also provide training materials to help your team follow the correct procedures.

The product must be kept between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius in a dry area away from direct sunlight. If your warehouse meets these conditions, you can use it. However, you need to keep it separate from food products and flammable materials by at least 3 meters.
