We have a critical failure in our production line. Your equipment stopped working 2 hours ago, and we need immediate support. Can you send an engineer today?
(生産ラインで重大な故障が発生しています。御社の装置が2時間前に停止し、至急サポートが必要です。本日中にエンジニアを派遣していただけますか?)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Field Service Engineer】:
I understand the urgency. Let me check the availability of our engineers right away. I will contact you within 30 minutes with a clear plan. We take full responsibility for resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
