Excuse me, I'm having a problem with the passenger behind me. He keeps pushing my seat forward when I recline it.
(すみません、後ろの乗客とトラブルになっています。私がリクライニングすると、彼が座席を前に押してくるんです。)

I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me assist you with this matter. May I speak with both of you to understand the situation better?

Yes, please. I paid for this seat and I should be able to recline it. This is a long flight and I need to rest.
