This is a situation where foreign guests inquire about transportation to airports, stations, and tourist destinations, requiring explanations about trains, buses, taxis, IC card purchases, and transfer guidance.
外国人宿泊客から空港や駅、観光地への交通手段について質問され、電車やバス、タクシーの利用方法、料金、交通系ICカードの購入方法を説明する場面です。

外国人宿泊客から空港や駅、観光地への交通手段について質問され、電車やバス、タクシーの利用方法、料金、交通系ICカードの購入方法を説明する場面です。

Excuse me. Could you tell me how to get to Tokyo Station from here?
（すみません。ここから東京駅への行き方を教えていただけますか？）
🧑🎓【Student / Front Staff】:
Certainly. You can take the train, bus, or taxi. The train is the fastest option and takes about 30 minutes. Would you like me to explain the details?
（かしこまりました。電車、バス、タクシーをご利用いただけます。電車が最も速く、約30分かかります。詳しくご説明いたしましょうか？）

Yes, please. I prefer the train. How much does it cost?

The train fare is 200 JPY. You can buy an IC card at the ticket machine near the station entrance. The IC card is convenient because you can use it for trains and buses in Tokyo.

That sounds helpful. Do I need to change trains?

No, you don't need to change trains. Take the blue line from the station in front of our hotel. Get off at Tokyo Station. It's a direct route, so it's very easy for first-time visitors.
