Let me demonstrate the procedure clearly. First, pull the mask toward you to activate the oxygen flow. Then place it over your nose and mouth, and secure the elastic band around your head. Please make sure to put on your own mask before assisting others.
（手順を明確にご説明いたします。まず、マスクを手前に引いて酸素の流れを作動させます。次に、鼻と口を覆い、ゴムバンドを頭に固定します。他の方を手伝う前に、必ずご自身のマスクを着用してください。）

The life vest is located under your seat. Remove it from the package, put it over your head, and fasten the straps around your waist. Please be cautious about one important point: do not inflate it inside the aircraft. Pull the red tabs only after you exit the plane. This ensures your safety during evacuation.

The emergency exits are located at the front, middle, and rear of the cabin. Please take a moment to identify the exit nearest to your seat. The illuminated signs and floor lighting will guide you to the exits even in low visibility. Count the rows between your seat and the exit so you can find it quickly if needed.
