I appreciate that practical approach. One more question: what happens if one supplier cannot meet the unified spec even after your review? Will you remove them from the supply chain, or will you adjust the specification to include everyone?

That is an important question. Our priority is to keep all 3 suppliers if possible, because we depend on stable supply volume. If one supplier faces difficulty, we will first explore whether a small adjustment to the spec can help without reducing quality. However, if the gap is too large and affects product performance, we may need to work with that supplier on a separate improvement plan or consider alternative sources. We will make that decision together with you.
