Thank you for making time on such short notice. We've received multiple customer complaints about the recent shipment. Can you explain what happened with the quality control?

I apologize for the serious inconvenience. We detected defects in approximately 15 percent of the products after they reached our customers. We need to address three critical issues. First, immediate return and replacement. Second, compensation for the damages. Third, prevention measures for future shipments.
