Thank you for taking the time today. I need to inform you that our factory is facing production delays, and we cannot meet the original delivery schedule for your order.
(本日はお時間をいただきありがとうございます。当社工場で生産遅延が発生しており、ご注文の当初納期を守ることができません。)

I appreciate you informing me early. However, this delay will trigger serious problems for our sales plan. Could you elaborate on the current situation and possible solutions?
(早めにお知らせいただき感謝します。しかしながら、この遅延は当社の販売計画に深刻な問題を引き起こします。現状と可能な解決策について詳しく説明していただけますか?)
