Thank you for taking my call. We received the shipment last week, but we found serious quality defects in 200 units. We need you to arrange a return and send replacement products immediately.
(お電話ありがとうございます。先週出荷を受け取りましたが、200個に深刻な品質不良が見つかりました。返品手配と代替品の即時発送をお願いします。)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Trade Administration Staff】:
I sincerely apologize for the quality issue. Could you explain the defect details so we can identify the root cause? We will arrange the return shipment and prepare replacement products right away.
