交通渋滞や電車の遅延により予定が狂った際に参加者への状況説明やスケジュールの調整、代替ルートの提案、待ち時間を有効活用するための提案などを行う場面です。

Excuse me, I'm worried about our schedule. Are we going to be late for the museum?
（すみません、スケジュールが心配です。美術館に遅れますか？）
🧑🎓【Student / Tour Guide】:
I apologize for the inconvenience. We are stuck in traffic due to an accident on the main road. We will be delayed by about 30 minutes.
（ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。幹線道路での事故により渋滞に巻き込まれております。約30分遅れる見込みです。）
👨💼【Teacher / Tourist】:
That's unfortunate. Will we still have enough time at the museum?
（それは残念ですね。美術館での時間は十分取れますか？）

Let me modify our schedule. We can reduce the lunch break by 15 minutes and depart from the museum 15 minutes later. This way, you will have the full 2 hours at the museum as planned.
