Thank you for joining this urgent call. We received a report that 15 units failed in the field due to a design issue. Can you explain what happened and how we can respond immediately?
(緊急の電話会議にご参加いただきありがとうございます。設計上の問題により現地で15台が故障したという報告を受けました。何が起きたのか、そしてどのように即座に対応できるかを説明していただけますか?)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Design Engineer】:
We detected a thermal overload in the power circuit. The root cause is that the cooling capacity was insufficient under high ambient temperature conditions. We are preparing an emergency response plan right now.
