外国人宿泊客から隣室の騒音について苦情を受け、状況を聞き取って部屋の変更提案や騒音源への注意、今後の対策について説明し快適な滞在を確保する場面です。

外国人宿泊客から隣室の騒音について苦情を受け、状況を聞き取って部屋の変更提案や騒音源への注意、今後の対策について説明し快適な滞在を確保する場面です。

Excuse me. I'm sorry to bother you, but I need to talk about a problem with my room.
(すみません。お手数ですが、部屋の問題についてお話ししたいのですが。)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Front Staff】:
I'm very sorry to hear that. Could you please explain the situation in detail? I will do my best to help you right away.
(それは大変申し訳ございません。状況を詳しくご説明いただけますか?すぐに最善を尽くしてお手伝いいたします。)

👨‍💼【Teacher / Guest】:
The guests in the next room are very noisy. They are talking loudly and playing music late at night. I couldn't sleep well last night.
(隣の部屋の宿泊客がとてもうるさいのです。夜遅くまで大声で話したり音楽をかけたりしています。昨夜はよく眠れませんでした。)

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Let me offer you a room change to a quieter floor. I will also contact the guests in the next room and ask them to keep the noise down. We will make sure this does not happen again during your stay.
