Thank you for reaching out. I heard there's a delay with our order. Can you explain what happened?
(ご連絡ありがとうございます。注文品に遅延が発生したと聞きました。何が起きたのか説明していただけますか?)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Sales Representative】:
I sincerely apologize for this situation. Our supplier had a production issue last week, and it will delay your shipment by 2 weeks.
(この状況について心よりお詫び申し上げます。先週、サプライヤーで生産トラブルが発生し、出荷が2週間遅れることになります。)

👨‍💼【Teacher / Overseas Customer】:
Two weeks is a serious problem. This will affect our production schedule. What exactly caused the delay?
(2週間は深刻な問題です。これは当社の生産スケジュールに影響します。遅延の正確な原因は何ですか?)

Let me explain the details. First, their equipment broke down unexpectedly. Second, they need 5 business days to repair it. Third, they require another 9 business days to complete your order after the repair.
