Thank you for meeting with me today. Our workers have stopped construction because their wage increase request has not been addressed for 8 months, and the dormitory conditions remain unsafe. We need immediate action on both issues.
(本日はお会いいただきありがとうございます。私たちの作業員は8か月間賃金引き上げ要求に対応されず、寮の状態も安全ではないため工事を停止しました。両方の問題について早急な対応が必要です。)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Project Manager】:
I understand your concerns completely. Let me explain our position clearly. We delayed the wage discussion because material costs increased by 18 percent this year, but we are ready to negotiate now. Regarding the dormitory, we will start repairs within 3 days.
