This is a situation explaining access methods to airports and stations, how to ride trains, bus schedules, and taxi booking to foreign guests, including IC card purchase methods and fare information.
外国人宿泊客に空港や駅へのアクセス方法、電車の乗り方、バス時刻表、タクシーの呼び方を説明し、ICカード購入方法や運賃についても案内する場面です。

外国人宿泊客に空港や駅へのアクセス方法、電車の乗り方、バス時刻表、タクシーの呼び方を説明し、ICカード購入方法や運賃についても案内する場面です。

Excuse me. How can I get to Tokyo Station from here? I need to catch a train to Kyoto.
（すみません。ここから東京駅へはどうやって行けますか？京都行きの電車に乗らなければなりません。）

Certainly. You can take the airport limousine bus or the train. The train is faster and departs every 10 minutes.
（かしこまりました。空港リムジンバスか電車をご利用いただけます。電車の方が速く、10分ごとに出発します。）

I see. How much is the train fare? Do I need to purchase a ticket?

The fare is 1340 JPY to Tokyo Station. You can purchase an IC card at the ticket machine near the station entrance. It is very convenient for trains and buses.

That sounds good. Can I use the IC card for the bullet train to Kyoto?
