Thank you for taking my call. I need to discuss the delivery schedule. We expected the order last week, but it still hasn't arrived. Can you explain what's causing the delay?

🧑‍🎓【Student / Sales Representative】:
I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me explain the current situation. First, our production line is operating at full capacity with multiple orders. Second, your order requires special materials that took longer to procure. Under the current schedule, the earliest delivery would be late next week.
(ご不便をおかけして申し訳ございません。現在の状況を説明させてください。第一に、当社の生産ラインは複数の注文で全力稼働しています。第二に、御社の注文には調達に時間がかかる特殊な材料が必要です。現行スケジュールでは、最短でも来週末の納品となります。)

Late next week is too slow for us. We have our own production schedule to maintain. Is there any way you can accelerate the process? We really need this order by early next week.
(来週末では遅すぎます。私たちにも維持すべき生産スケジュールがあります。プロセスを早める方法はありませんか?来週初めまでにこの注文が本当に必要なのです。)

I understand your situation. We can expedite your order and deliver by early next week if we prioritize it over other clients. However, this would require overtime work and additional logistics costs. The extra charge would be approximately 800 USD. Would that be acceptable for your team?
