Thank you for coming on such short notice. Our production line has been down for 12 hours due to a defect in your robot. We need you to explain the root cause and your recovery plan immediately.
(急なご連絡にもかかわらずお越しいただきありがとうございます。御社のロボットの不具合により、当社の生産ラインが12時間停止しています。直ちに根本原因と復旧計画を説明していただく必要があります。)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Sales Representative】:
I sincerely apologize for the serious inconvenience this has caused to your operations. We completed our initial investigation this morning and found that a sensor component failed earlier than expected. We will replace the defective part within 24 hours and resume your line by tomorrow afternoon.
(貴社の業務に重大なご迷惑をおかけし、心よりお詫び申し上げます。今朝、初期調査を完了し、センサー部品が予想より早く故障したことが判明しました。24時間以内に不良部品を交換し、明日の午後までに貴社のラインを再開いたします。)

I appreciate your quick response, but we require more than just a part replacement. Could you explain why this sensor failed and what you will do to prevent the same issue from happening again?
