This is a situation where foreign guests report equipment failures or malfunctions in their rooms, requiring detailed problem assessment, repair service coordination, alternative equipment provision, and apologies for inconvenience.
外国人宿泊客から客室内の設備故障について連絡を受け、問題の詳細を聞き取って修理業者の手配、代替設備の提供、不便への謝罪を含めて対応する場面です。

外国人宿泊客から客室内の設備故障について連絡を受け、問題の詳細を聞き取って修理業者の手配、代替設備の提供、不便への謝罪を含めて対応する場面です。

👨‍💼【Teacher / Guest】:
Excuse me, the air conditioner in my room is not working. It's very warm and uncomfortable.
(すみません、部屋のエアコンが動きません。とても暑くて不快です。)
🧑‍🎓【Student / Front Staff】:
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. May I confirm your room number and check the details of the problem?
(ご不便をおかけして誠に申し訳ございません。お部屋番号と問題の詳細を確認させていただけますでしょうか。)

👨‍💼【Teacher / Guest】:
I'm in room 305. The air conditioner doesn't turn on at all. I tried the remote control, but nothing happens.
(305号室です。エアコンが全く動きません。リモコンを試しましたが、何も起こりません。)

Thank you for letting me know. I will arrange for a repair technician to check it right away. It may take about 30 minutes for them to arrive. Would you like us to provide a portable fan in the meantime?
