Excuse me, I'm having trouble with the air conditioner in my room. Could you help me?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me explain how to operate it. First, press the power button, then use the temperature buttons to adjust the setting.

I see. Also, how do I use the washlet toilet? I've never used one before.

No problem. The control panel is located on the right side of the toilet seat. Press the button with the water symbol to activate the bidet function. You can modify the water pressure using the plus and minus buttons.
