体調不良やケガをした外国人宿泊客が近くの病院やクリニックの場所、診療時間、英語対応の可否について情報を求め、緊急時対応方法も含む場面です。

Excuse me, I'm not feeling well. Could you help me find a nearby clinic?

I'm sorry to hear that. There is a clinic located in the next block, about 5 minutes on foot. They are open until 6 PM today.
