Thank you for meeting with me today. We've been experiencing some technical issues with your equipment, and the response time has been longer than expected. Can you explain how your new support plan will improve this situation?

I understand your concern. Let me explain our enhanced technical support plan. First, we will assign 3 local engineers to your region. Second, we will reduce the average response time from 24 hours to 8 hours. Third, all engineers have at least 5 years of experience with electronic equipment.
