This is a situation where foreign guests report lost items or forgotten belongings in their rooms or hotel premises, requiring detailed item confirmation, facility searches, housekeeping staff coordination, and pickup arrangements when found.
外国人宿泊客から客室や館内での紛失物について連絡を受け、紛失物の詳細確認、館内捜索、清掃スタッフへの確認、見つかった場合の受け渡し方法を説明する場面です。

外国人宿泊客から客室や館内での紛失物について連絡を受け、紛失物の詳細確認、館内捜索、清掃スタッフへの確認、見つかった場合の受け渡し方法を説明する場面です。

Excuse me, I think I lost my wallet somewhere in the hotel. Can you help me?
（すみません、ホテルのどこかで財布を失くしたと思うのですが。助けていただけますか？）

I'm very sorry to hear that. Let me help you find it. Could you tell me where you last saw your wallet and what it looks like?

I think I left it in my room or maybe in the restaurant this morning. It's a black leather wallet.
