Hello, I'm calling about a problem in my apartment. The air conditioner stopped working yesterday, and it's very hot inside. Can you help me with this?
(こんにちは、アパートの問題について電話しています。エアコンが昨日止まってしまい、室内がとても暑いです。助けていただけますか?)

I'm sorry to hear that. Let me check the details right away. Could you tell me your apartment number and when exactly the air conditioner stopped working?
(それはお困りですね。すぐに詳細を確認させてください。お部屋番号と、エアコンがいつ止まったか正確に教えていただけますか?)

I live in Room 305. The air conditioner stopped working around 3 PM yesterday. I tried turning it on and off, but nothing happened. Also, my neighbor upstairs is very noisy late at night. Can you handle both issues?
