A foreign customer is asking about store hours, holidays, and other store locations, so the sales staff provides accurate business information and directions to other stores if needed.
外国人客が店舗の営業時間、定休日、他店舗の場所について質問し、販売スタッフが正確な営業情報を提供し必要に応じて他店舗への行き方も案内する場面です。

Excuse me. What time do you close today?

We close at 8 PM today. Our regular business hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM.

I see. Do you have a regular holiday?

Yes, we are closed every Wednesday. Please keep in mind that we may change the schedule during holiday seasons.
